The mobile market has proved itself the fastest growing market ever. With statistics and numbers hitting you from every part, it is rather hard to ignore this section of the worldwide market. Whether you are a small business aspiring to become huge or you are a giant trying always to put your customers first, it is easy to conclude that mobile devices are the next “thing” to take into consideration when it comes to your business.
Apparently, so far is those small and medium businesses that saw the advantage faster and more clearly, rather than big brands, so they jumped right into the mobile pool. A recent AT&T reported said that 72% of the small businesses own a mobile web app and 40% of them said they would not have survived without it. I have not heard of one bad example or anybody who build or bought a mobile app and failed.
However, what I did see, and it saddens me, is businesses that build their mobile app and then did not know what to do with it or used it poorly, not at all at its full capacity. In order to share a little light into this mystery of “what to do with the app once it’s done”, here are some tips and tricks below.
Why are you building the app in the first place?
Think hard before you decide to take this step. Different businesses may have different needs or opinions, but one thing is for sure – don’t make an app just before your competition did one and decide what to do with it after it is done.
